Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool.
The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned.
The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops.
There is roman style swimming pool is a great bonus, it is surrounded by sun terrace and it has plenty of sun lounges around it. Each apartment has its own parking space at the back of the complex although cars can be also easily parked along the street.
These are great apartments for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the bars, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes walk from the complex. The sea is just a two minutes walk away too. Not suitable for disabled people.

Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. The property has lots of traditional Mallorcan features and furnishings, and it is surrounded by olive grove and mature gardens. It has lovely views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountain range.

This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area.
A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse. It consists of five bedrooms: two of them with doble beds and their own, private bathrooms, one of them furnished with a jacuzzi, the other one has got a round bathtub, a small dressing room with a wardrobe, and the other two doble bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their private bathrooms, too; furthermore a room with a bunk bed and a chaise longue in the living-room, which can be used for additional guests. There are two large living-rooms, one of them is equipped with SAT-TV and a music set, the other one, a living - dining room, is fitted out with an open fire place and a beautyful, big teak table for 12 dinner guests. Both living rooms have been constructed with large windows, so the rooms are full of light allowing views of the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave oven, coffee machine, etc., and you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron - and ironing board and two WC´s at your disposal. The house has underfloor heating in all its rooms. Nearly all the furniture of the house is made of teak, recently imported from Thailand, which gives the house its very special charm. The Finca Son Oliver is a rustic farmhouse built in the XVIII century, which was restored and preserving his old style and structure. The house was an old winery with cellar where you can find an old feeder for the animals, the old dairy with its appliances and the old garage where they kept in the old horse carriages. Also the house has a big and well kept garden for take a walk and on the main facade you see an old sundial.
Son Oliver lies in the southeast of the island, at 3km from Felanitx and 10km from Manacor, the second biggest city of Mallorca, famous for the pearls and furniture industry.
Visit the town of Felanitx on Sunday morning and take a walk to the typical market. Visit the Parish church Sant Miquel (1551 – 1603) and the hermitage of Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy nice views to the interior of the island. The sanctuary of Mare de Déu de Sant Salvador is situated in the mount of Sant Salvador (494m). At the top of the mount you find a Christ Statue (1928) and next to the mountain you have “El Picot” with an impressive stone cross (1957). In Felanitx you have shopping possibilities and a great variety of restaurants and bars.
The nearest beaches are at 15km.
The golf players will love this Finca because it is very close to the golf course Vall d´Or.
