Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts.
The house is on two levels with large and airy rooms, white walls and a good combination of different styles of décor. The main entrance opens into the large dining area which has a large solid wooden table with plenty of seats for 12 people. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool.
The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned.
The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops.

Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood.
