Beautiful reformed house in Pollença on two levels. At first floor there are one bedroom, the kitchen and the living-room.The kitchen is full equiped with dishwaher, own, microoven, washinemachine,...and all you need for cooking. At the second floor there are the other two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one double bed, there is a bathromm and a beatiful terracewith a barbacue, with views of the near mountanins. Pollença is a litle twon at the North of Mallorca, in the Serra de Tramuntana. It has beatiful beaches, mountains and a beatiful historical center of the twon. It has about 15000 peope and it is one of the most important destinations of the island. It is fantastic for hiking , holidays or for beach holidays, because of the nearness of the mountanins and the sea. The town have all you need, tipical restaurants, shops, beatiful square, gardens,.. for a fantastic holiday The house is located in a quiet street at near the ´Pont Roma´ (an historical monument), at the entry of the twon. Only ten minutes of the center, and at a zone with tipical twon houses. -distance to beach 6km -distance to golf 2,5 km -distance to center 500m -distance to aerport 56km -distance to doctor 1 km
