Enchanting town house, recently refurbished with exquisite taste and the traditional features of Pollensa town houses. It is situated in one of the best streets of Pollensa, aside the Calvario. The house is distributed on two floors: Downstairs, you will find a sitting area, an open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob and oven, kettle, etc...). Exit to the lovely back patio where you will enjoy lovely meals al fresco under the covered terrace and enjoy the lovely private pool. On the first floor, three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the two others with twin beds). One shower room is ensuite and the bathroom is to be shared between the two twin bedrooms. A lovely and private sunny terrace is situated on the first floor, from where you will enjoy nice views of the Puig de Maria. There is air condition hot and cold in the bedrooms. Situated in a quiet street of the old town, this house will be a perfect place to enjoy the genuine Pollensin summer time, with the advantage of not needing a car during your stay.
