Majorcan country house located in the outskirts of Pollensa the old town. Allows traquillity and almost privacy, being ideal for family vacations. It`s situated from only 3 km distance to town center and 4 km from Puerto de Pollensa beach. The house, distributed in two levels, is suitable for eight people and it has four double bedrooms and three complete bathrooms. Leading from the large hall we find the kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave) and lounge/dining-room (equipped with TV, DVD, Home Cinema, Satellite). One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the further three bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. The house has air conditioning and central heating. Outside the house there is a lovely covered terrace and a barbecue area ideal to enjoy al fresco meals douring summer season.
